Midlands Technical College is a non-residential institution and does not maintain residential facilities. Therefore, students are expected to provide their own off-campus housing. With prior approval from the Office of Student Life, students are able to post notices on campus bulletin boards if they are looking for a roommate or have an apartment or living space for rent. Local apartment complexes set up information tables on Airport and Beltline Campuses periodically throughout the year.
