Infiltration Anesthesia for Dental Hygiene Procedures

This participatory clinical course is designed to meet the requirements necessary to sit for the SC Board of Dentistry Exam for infiltration anesthesia. (Dental hygienists licensed in SC may take the course and board exam). Fee includes all materials and equipment, but does NOT include fee for board of dentistry exam. Students must have computer access for online component. On the first day of class, MUST present copies of current CPR and a Hepatitis B TITER. Students without documentation will not be allowed in the course. All students will administer and receive local anesthetic injections. Pregnant students may not participate in this course.
