MTC’s Surgical Technology program meets the educational requirements for certification in Pennsylvania. The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon recommendation of the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (ARCST/SA). Pennsylvania requires individuals to graduate from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited surgical technologist program and hold and maintain an accredited surgical technologist certification.

This meets the educational requirements of the state of Pennsylvania.
