Midlands Technical College’s Practical Nursing program meets the educational requirements to apply for Practical Nursing licensure in Maryland. Graduates of the Practical Nursing program are eligible to take the NCLEX-PN exam.

The Associates of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology at MTC meets the educational requirements of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. The program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on the Education in Radiologic Technology. The graduates are certified by the ARRT and the state of SC by the SCRQSA (South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association). This meets the educational requirements of the state of Maryland.
MTC’s Associate Degree Nursing program meets the educational requirements for initial licensure for registered nursing in Maryland. Applicants must earn a passing score on the NCLEX- RN. Maryland is a member of NLC. MTC ADN graduates who meet primary residence and NLC uniform licensure requirements may apply for licensure by exam. MTC’s Associate Degree Nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
