Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate qualifies you to work as a quality or continuous improvement coordinator in several industries like manufacturing, banking, healthcare, and IT.
The majority of organizations in this country are faced with the need to drive improvements in productivity, quality and customer satisfaction in order to remain competitive. Increasingly, these organizations are choosing Lean Six Sigma as the way to achieve such goals. In this intensive 5-day course, learn how to contribute to and lead Lean Six Sigma improvement teams. Gain a strong knowledge of how to apply the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology with a primary focus on process mapping, lean tools and methods as well as graphical analysis tools.

- Attend an information session. Information sessions last approximately two hours and are free to attend.
- Be a South Carolina resident for 12 consecutive months. Applicants will be required to submit documentation for proof of residency (Driver's license, Beginner's permit, or state issued ID).
- Not be in default on any federal student loans and not owe MTC or any other college monies.
- Submit an application. You will need to enter your student ID on the application.
- Scholarship recipients will be in communication with the Program Director responsible for the program for which they applied.
- Some programs require clean SLED background checks and clean drug/alcohol tests.
