Next Level Leadership
Overview
The workplace is ever changing and leaders must continue to enhance skills to keep up with the changes. This series continues to help build an individual’s leadership skills and provide tools for them to excel. This program is intended for those who have completed the Supervisory Certificate Program and/or who have at least three years supervisory/managerial experience.
There are six modules associated with this program:
- Emotional Intelligence
- Building Trust
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) – Trends and Responses
- Developing Others, including mentoring
- Creativity and Critical Thinking
- Presenting with Confidence
