District of Columbia - Associate Degree Nursing

MTC’s Associate Degree Nursing program meets the educational requirements for initial licensure for registered nursing in the District of Columbia. Applicants must earn a passing score on the NCLEX- RN. The District of Columbia has pending NCL legislation. MTC ADN graduates who meet primary residence and NLC uniform licensure requirements may apply for licensure by exam. MTC’s Associate Degree Nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
