MTC’s Associate Degree Nursing program meets the educational requirements for initial licensure for registered nursing in Alabama. Applicants must earn a passing score on the NCLEX- RN. Alabama is a member of the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC). MTC ADN graduates who meet primary residence and NLC uniform licensure requirements may apply for licensure by exam in Alabama.

MTC’s Associate Degree Nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
