WiFi now available from your vehicle at campus parking lots
Apr 08, 2020
Dear MTC students,
Our faculty and staff continue to work daily to implement improvements that will help you be successful. Toward that end, and in compliance with Governor McMaster’s orders, our technology department has installed WiFi that you can access from your vehicle on three of our campuses.
While we encourage you to connect from home if possible, this complimentary internet access is to help MTC students who are working on school assignments. To access, students should select “MTC WiFi” and use their MyMTC credentials.
On the Airport Campus, WiFi is available in the parking lot adjacent to Granby Hall. That’s off Kentucky Avenue in the northwest corner of the Airport Campus. (Map)
On the Beltline Campus, WiFi is available in the parking lot adjacent to the Wade Martin Building. That’s off Beltline Boulevard between Rosewood and East Chapel Drive. (Map)
On the Northeast Campus, WiFi is available in the parking lot in front of the Center for Technology, Engineering and Science. That’s big parking lot at Powell Road and Gateway Plantation Road. (Map)
Note: All MTC buildings remain closed. While we invite you to utilize these WiFi access points, campus police will continue patrols to ensure that visitors remain in their vehicles and that social distancing is being practiced in all circumstances.
