The S.C. National Guard recently showed its appreciation to local organizations who support service members by inviting them to learn more and experience a flight. MTC President Dr. Rhames was one of the leaders who accepted the invitation to "Boss Lift."

During this event, organization leaders had the opportunity to "gain a perspective into the military side of their employees' lives" by participating in activities such as seeing through night vision lens, controlling an AH-64 Apache simulator, viewing equipment, learning about military training, and riding in a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.

"This was truly an incredible experience," said Dr. Rhames. "Getting a small glimpse into the lives of our soldiers is something I won't soon forget."
