This morning, we temporarily placed MTC's Harbison Campus on lockdown. An employee thought they saw a weapon, but it turned out to be a barcode scanner. No further action was taken, and the lockdown was lifted.

Architectural Engineering Technology students earn “Honor Award” and $2,000 grant

Governor Henry McMaster, gathered at Midlands Technical College’s Northeast campus to celebrate the opening of the Cornerstone building and take a tour of the facility. The building was created as part of a partnership between Richland County, the South Carolina Department of Commerce, readySC, and Midlands Technical College to increase economic and workforce development in the region.
