MTC Placement Test
If you are a prospective MTC student, you may need to take placement tests. They measure what classes you're ready to take here at MTC, and they help you and your advisor determine which courses you need for math, reading, and English.
Placement Test Schedule
The entire test may take up to 3 to 3 ½ hours; therefore, please allow enough time to complete the test.

Preparation
You can practice for the test by reviewing sample questions and practice tests. These can be accessed through the Study App for Android or iPhone at https://accuplacerpractice.collegeboard.org/login. It is suggested that you prepare for testing as well as retesting.
Additional review and practice test may be found at https://www.khanacademy.org/.
You could be eligible to exempt the placement test if you meet certain criteria.
