Counseling & Career Services regularly profiles an alumnus of Midlands Technical College who has achieved distinction in his or her profession. Interviews are conducted with alumni from a large variety of programs and majors. Some of these graduates are “seasoned professionals” while others are on the “front end” of their careers. Each one has a story to share. They come from all “walks of life”, their stories vary dramatically, and yet they all have one thing in common----they are MTC graduates and proud of it! The Featured Professional”tells” his or her story through a series of life circumstances, revolving around attending and graduating from MTC. Some of their career paths are straight forward and some circumvent numerous obstacles to reach the desired goal.
