  • MTC Transcripts

    MTC transcripts are issued at no charge for currently enrolled students and those who have been enrolled in the last year. Students who have not attended within a year of the transcript request date must pay $2.00 per transcript. Requests will not be processed if payment is required and is missing! Partial transcripts are not released.

    Transcript requests are processed within 7 business days. Please plan your requests accordingly.

    To order transcripts, complete a Adobe Acrobat FormTranscript Release Form. The form is also available at the Records Office on the Beltline or Airport Campus. Students wanting to have transcripts sent to more than one address must complete and sign a separate Transcript Release Form for each request.

    Transcript Release Forms that have been completed and signed may be dropped off in person at the Records Office on either campus. They may also be mailed to:

    Transcript Release Forms may NOT be e-mailed or faxed to the Records Office.

    Payment may be made by check or money order made out to Midlands Technical College. Students may also pay over the phone by calling the Cashier’s Office at (803) 738-7642 or 822-3262.

    Transcript Release Forms will not be processed if payment is missing, signature is missing, addresses are incomplete or if the student or alumnus has outstanding financial obligations to the college.

    Requests for transcripts of courses taken at other institutions must be directed to the issuing institution. Courses transferred into MTC from other institutions do not appear on the MTC transcript.
