HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Midlands Technical College observes the twelve (12) holidays that are granted by the State Budget and Control Board. However, President’s Day, Confederate Memorial Day, National Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day are observed during the month of December.

The Governor is empowered to declare Christmas Eve of each year a holiday for State employees. If the Governor declares Christmas Eve a holiday in a year that Christmas Eve falls on Saturday or Sunday, the holiday shall be observed on the preceding Friday.
