
These services concentrate on building some of the “soft” skills that go along with learning the “hard” skills (training on computers, nursing, engineering, etc.) when entering or re-entering the workforce. They include:
- Resume writing
- Interviewing techniques
- Completing applications
- Job search strategies
- Dressing for success
- Other important workplace behaviors
Individual and group counseling are used to help participants acquire these skills.
